This was definitely a show of enlightenment and empowerment, Mama Donna is an inspiration for all women in all stages of life. Donna and I talked about her book The Queen of My Self as well as the modern archetype for women in midlife, coined by Donna as the Queen.

Mama Donna and I also talked about the resistance that some women go through stepping into their power and how a women that is living in her power often is portrayed negatively by our society. This show is filled with wonderful insights into not only in to the transition of midlife but all stages of womanhood.
